Rachel Fortun's work
Rachel Fortun is a hypnotherapist specializing in what is known in French-speaking countries as Esoteric Regressive Hypnosis (ERH). This practice consists of inducing somebody in an hypnotic state (trance) in order to delve into his or her higher-self (soul). The goal is to identify the origin of certain health problems or ongoing issues such as illnesses, recurrent physical pains, chronic depression, any type of addiction, lack of self-confidence, feeling of being possessed, various traumas, paranormal experiences etc...
Rachel Fortun is always helped during her sessions by a telepath who will look deeper into the patient's subcouscious.
This type of hypnosis allows to channel information relating to other dimensions or existence (past or future lives, parallel lives, the after or in-between two lives, etc.). Once Rachel and her telepath understand what is happening, an energy cleansing is carried out and this is usually enough for the patient to get back to a normal life.
Rachel Fortun got her inspiration from Dr Brian Weiss, de Dolores Cannon et du Dr Michael Newton.
In addition to her ERH sessions, Rachel Fortun is also a truth seeker. With the help of the best telepaths induced into ASC (Altered State of Consciousness), she looks into various subjects such as ancient civilizations, secret societies, occult technologies...
Rachel Fortun only works with telepaths who vibrate at high frequencies - if possible around 200,000 on the Bovis scale*, thus allowing quality work compromised by negative entities. As a comparison, most human beings vibrate at about 8000-10000 BU. The telepaths she uses are also all able to go into astral projections, so that they see exactly what's going on and they can't be fooled.

Presentation
According to Rachel Fortun's investigations, HF200 is the acronym for "Humans of the Future in 200,000 years". It would therefore be our future generation, if we don't intervene.
What do they look like?
The HF200s are not very tall. They have black eyes, not much bigger than ours but they don't have any white left. They are grey in colour and could be confused with the "Greys" (reptilian minions).
HF200s are harmless. Greys are killers. They abdicate, torture etc.
The resemblance is striking and it was done on purpose. The greys were hybridised to look like the HF200s and scare people away.
The UFO pilots who were supposedly found in Roswell are in fact - again according to Rachel Fortun - HF200s and not greys. They were murdered by the Americans.
It is not made public, but some children today are already starting to be born with black eyes.
HF200s have no hair nor any hair system.
They no longer have genitals either. Even if they are still genetically born as a male or a female, they no longer consider themselves as sexual beings (see more details below).
LGBT people today are the result of relentless mind control. They are the origins of the HF200s.
HF200s women don't have breasts anymore.
Why do they come back in time ?
They come back in time to warn us about the dangers of our society.

The genetic mutation began in our time (21st century) and will extend over several centuries. We currently have started to accept all kinds of false flag clinical tests and trials - presented to us under contagious diseases, dangerous radiation, etc.
People in our generation will accept the different injections offered to them. It will drastically reduce the population. They will even accept RFID chips and similar.
This will slowly be accepted through huge mass conditioning, mainly with the help of TV which acts as an instrument of collective hypnosis. Their goal was to make us lazy to the point that everything would need to be brought to us - including information. The same information will be disseminated everywhere.

We will slowly prefer to buy ready-meals rather than cooking everything ourselves.
We will also prefer to pay for our health rather than treat ourself naturally, etc.
Everything the government says will gradually become gospel.
The population accepted all kind of experiments without being aware of the dangers: vaccinations, microchips, medical treatments. All this has profoundly changed our DNA.
Modifying our genes allows the elites to control our births and they'd no longer have to face rebellions.
The HF200s who came back in time represent about 1% of their population. They are like today's awaken population or what we call conspiracy theorists - those who have understood the magnitude of the dangers.
The other majority, as in our time, is still under the control of the elite.
Being so few, they had no chances in awakening the rest of their population. Their only chance was to come back in time and warn us.
The evolution from today's human being to the HF200s
In 1500 years from today, we will already be very different. And since it will be a slow process, we will be forced to believe that it came from a natural mutation.
Genetic mutations are not natural as we are told. As instance, we descend from the Atlanteans. Not from the monkey (more information about our origins is to come soon).
In the next 25 to 30 years of our era, it will be almost normal to be a trans-sexual and heterosexuals will be laughed at. Very slowly, we will lose our genitals. We will do it voluntarily through trans-gender operations and we will not be able to have any more children. Their goal is to suppress human reproduction and control the birth system.
We can therefore understand better the current LGBT propaganda.
When did they visit us?
The HF200s have been visiting us mainly since 1714. They came already during the Inca and Azteca periods, but their visits increased from 1714 onwards.
1715 was the beginning of the Age of Enlightenment in Europe:
It was in 1714 that the premises of our current system began. The cabal at the time held the population via royalty. The kings had been put in place by them, but the people were beginning to rebel, so they had to find another strategy to keep them under their control.
The HF200s of 1714 came to address the elite of the Vatican. They visited Pope Clement XI.
They knew that the papacy was a negative elite, but they still hoped to be listened to. At the time, the clergy, and therefore the Vatican, dominated the world. They were the only people to turn to.
The HF200s can't change their appearance so they came in as they were.
A group of 7 showed up in 1714.
They were badly received and their visit actually had the opposite effect because the elite who already knew the future plan were proven that it was working.
As a result, it took the HF200s 100 years to come back.
How do they manage to come back in time ?
They use inter-dimensional gates to travel back in time and arrive in a ship. Some of these gates can also be time gates.

To go back 200,000 years, it only takes them a few seconds.
Notes:
In order not to scare the population and according to the times they visit, they adapt the shape of their ships. Their ships in the 18th century, for example, looked like carriages.
They die after their visit because there is not as much oxygen in the future. They are not used to our atmosphere.
Their life in 200 000 years
Atmosphere
In 200,000 years, oxygen will be reduced by 95%. The elite will control it (see what they are trying to do already today with the climate).
The lack of oxygen prevents the brain from developing. So that turns them into perfect slaves.
The elite, on the other hand, have access to the oxygen. They stay away from the general population.
They tell them that oxygen is a drug, so those who consume too much of it are punished.
The population that knows the truth manage to take some oxygen shoots.
They are called "crazy" but on the contrary they become more lucid when they take their shoots. It helps them to see clearly what is happening.
The oxygen shoots allowed them to get into trance and connect with their higher-self. They got into contact with positive entities.
These entities have passed-on hidden knowledge to them. They managed to get the right information and discreetly opened a multi-dimensional gate. The entities completely guided them and gave them the passcodes.
These codes are a DNA fingerprint that allows someone to enter certain sites. The HF200s were told where to get these fingerprints so that they could pass easily.
They are kamikazes because when they reach our space-time, they know that they will certainly die. Some managed to leave but they were expected on the other side of the gate and killed.
Shooting yourself with oxygen is severely punished. The elites don't want them to be able to think.
However, they can only shoot themselves with oxygen up to a certain point. If they take too much of it, they die.
There are barely 600,000 of HF200s in total and they are more or less herded into only a dozens of sites. About 1% have understood the lies and they are doing everything to free themselves from it. They are the rebels of their time.
Compared to today, according to Rachel Fortun (and what her telepath has canalized), we are 10 billion people (and not 8 billion as we are told) and out of these 10 billion, 60% are completely asleep and 40% think a little more / can sometimes have doubts. But out of these 40%, only about 10% are trying to understand the truth and rebel. The other 30% submit to society under fear of ridicule and rejection.
Climate
The climate is manipulated. The weather is always mild.
Birth
Since HF200s cannot reproduce naturally, they have huge reproductive centers. Their children carry their genes, but they can no longer be born naturally.
To have children, they must register on a list and apply to one of these centers. If the application is succesful, they have to give a DNA sample.
They have incubators in these centers.
They don't differentiate anymore between men and women, even if they are still born with a masculine or feminine DNA. They all know their birth gender but they don't talk about it because uniformity is the norm.
Love and sex
They don't have genitals anymore so all they can do is have sex with objects through the mouth or anus. Sex is very different as a result.
Sex provoked too much attachment anyway so it suited the elites.
Love in their time is obsolete. People don't get attached to each other.
Food
They eat what could be called "condensate in capsules" (artificial food that is heated and from which the vapours have been recovered. This condensate is then added inside a capsule).
They take one capsule every 10-12 hours.
Immune system and health
They barely live up to 40 years old.
They are weak and sleep a lot.
They have to constantly take pills to protect their bodies because they no longer have natural immunity, destroyed by successive attacks and vaccines.
An example in our time is the research of Professor Montagnier (co-discoverer of HIV). He stated that COVID contains sequences of HIV, which is consequently destroying people's immunity.
In the future, people are controlled by a microchip and it triggers the release of the substances they need on a daily basis (amino acids, sugar, etc.).
If they rebel, the chip is deactivated and they die.
Food is offered to docile people only.
Money no longer exists. People are controlled by their health.
Daily life and clothing
They don't work and spend a lot of time sleeping or fornicating (via the mouth or anus).
There are no more hobbies, artistic distractions, or sports.
They don't wear clothes. Their climate is so mild that the burden of clothing has become unnecessary.
Only the elites dress for certain ceremonies.
Religion & spirituality
They worship a god called Uranus. For them, he is the God of Gods. They don't know that Uranus is also a planet. This God looks like them.
They don't have rituals, nor places of prayer though. Everyone venerates him in their own way and they have statues at home. They think that venerating him allows them to live a longer life.
Jesus no longer exists. It is forbidden to pray him.
The HF200s have souls but they can't connect to them.
They are not stuck in the reincarnation cycles. When they die, their soul returns to the Source.*
The soul is duped at incarnation only.
For example today: 98% of souls are incarnated through dark entities. Only 2% of us incarnate consciously.
For the HF200s, it's the same. They are fooled. Once in the body, the soul is stucked and must wait for the physical death to start again.
*Source = Universe, God etc - please adapt according to your religion or belief.
Elites in the future
The most important elites have kept a more physical human aspect. There are only about a hundred of them. They have been minimally modified and remain human-reptilian hybrids wearing a Goa'Uld.
The Goa'Ulds are a species of parasitic aliens.
For Rachel Fortun, 90% of the Stargate SG1 series shows the truth.
She says that the Goa'Ulds are Annunakis and the Annunakis are demons.
In some underground tunnels, they raise children who have not been genetically modified. They are very protected by the elite because they use them for their rituals. In order to take the adrenochrome from them, they need children who still have a conscience and who still feel fear and pain.
The HF200s do not work and can no longer be fed on spiritually and the HF200 the telepath connected to during the investigation did not wish to reveal what their species is actually used for.
Note:
Hybrids have been controlling humanity for 6000 years. It dates back to the Egyptian times. The pharaohs were already hybrids wearing Goa'Ulds. The same elite changes bodies as they go along, so they never go away. The Goa'Uld has the ability to change bodies. When a body is too old, it passes into another one. As a result, they are eternal. We are not aware of it so they continue to control us. Their goal is to be able to feed on our energies quietly and without rebellion.
Energetically today, 500/600 million people are enough for them to feed themselves on.
HF200 & their collaboration with Russia
Russia has known about the existence of the HF200s since 1934.
They have been in contact for a very long time.
And they have drawn useful information from them, more useful information than the Americans.
On the other hand, the Russian elite of the time did not take into account the information received.
Putin's arrival has changed the situation. Thanks to him, several HF200s live on Earth.
Russia managed to keep a few of them alive, keeping them in a place with a less hostile atmosphere.
Since 2012, about 50 of them have been living in Russia.
They collaborate together. A lot is in place to change the future.
Russia has advanced military technology superior to others, thanks to the HF200s.
There is also an army from other dimensions that participates in the battle and Source's army supports them.
People that are more spiritually elevated - such as the Christ (Maé, son of the Source) - have simultaneous lives in other dimensions.
The latter has access to all dimensions and he is the spokesperson with the other dimensions. He explained them what was happening and he worked to federate all peoples. The Alliance does exist and they work in secret. The hybrids' power slowly weakens. Many of their plans failed. We would all have died already otherwise.
The BRICS are in our dimension the countries that are on the right track.
Future and end game
If we don't react now, our future generation will gradually become like the HF200s.
The Earth could become like Mars.
Mars was a very similar planet and hybrids took possession of it until exhaustion of its resources.
Everything is dry now on Mars. There is nothing left. There are just a few human slaves and hybrids left.
This is exactly what was supposed to happen to us, except that the HF200s came back to warn us.
The Russians have begun to react to the West and its elites since the Cold War.
But the first real actions were more recent with Syria, Mali and now Ukraine.
Thanks to the collaboration with Russia, our timelines have slightly improved.
Some genetic mutations on the HF200s have already been reversed thanks to this, especially on the respiratory tract, lungs and nose (less flattened than before).
These changes can be seen on HF200s living in Russia. This proves that the timeline has changed. The things that are done by the Resistance are starting to take effect. The cabal has now less control over people.
If the cabal wins, all the people who have awakened will find themselves prisoners - with no way to escape.
What can we do ourselves to help?
Evil does not feed on high frequencies so we must remain happy and joyful. The best way to help is to vibrate positively.
There are about 85% of organic portals in our time (OP – people disconnected from their soul). Everyone is likely to be an OP.
An OP can always end up waking up and reconnecting with his soul.
Out of the 10 billion people currently living on Earth, about 8 billion would therefore be OPs.
Maé has done a lot of work, but the problem is the 8 billion OPs. That's why it's essential we continue to speak up even if we're called crazy.
These OPs need to reconnect with their higher-self. It is only through the opening of their consciousness that this can be done. They are disconnected from their souls, but this doesn't mean that they can't reconnect to it.
If things don't improve. Source will trigger a flooding (around 2055 according to the telepath). Flooding allows Source to recover lost souls.
The deluge would be triggered through the dome above us. It would open up and all the plasma above it would fall on us (more details will come in another article - contact me privately if you would like to receive some information before).
Some places may not be swallowed up in order to protect the Resistance The most awakened will know where to go.
Another important date would be 2027. On this date, Maé might introduce himself if necessary. Otherwise, he will not show up and will remain discreet. According to Rachel Fortun, he is well hidden and protected by Russia.
The dates given above are only approximate dates anyway. Nothing is linear. And these are probabilities depending on what will happen in the months and years to come.
The Resistance is winning but nothing is definitive. There is a good chance that this timeline will cancel out in a good way, but things will not be unblocked until we all rebel. We have to wake the OPs up because at the moment they can be dangerous for those who resist.
If the cabal were to win, the Earth (our continent) would physically detach itself from Gaia (the planet we are on) and become an archontic prison. This is what it is likely to happen if they get their own way. In this case, the Earth could no longer be recovered.
